Jonathan Thai
Executive Director
Jonathan is a junior at Milton High School and a Captain of the Multisport Explosion High Performance Team and Milton Varsity Swim Team. He has qualified for and raced in the USA Triathlon National Championships for the past two years and was the USA Winter Triathlon Age Group National Champion in 2025. Having been cycling for many years, he is well prepared and ecstatic to be providing children in need with the opportunity to experience the joy of riding a bike.

Jake Judge
Senior Director
Jake is a junior at Lassiter High School and a member of the Multisport Explosion High Performance Team. He has raced in multiple USA Triathlon National Championships. He is a member of various cycling groups and has many years of cycling experience, and he is excited to provide others with the same cycling experiences he has.

Noah Rile
Tennessee
Noah is a senior at Knoxville Catholic high school. He is a member of a high-performance draft legal triathlon team called Multisport Explosion, where he has trained for and raced at nationals several years in a row. Since a young age Noah has been obsessed with things that have mechanical motion. That even includes learning how to ride a bike by the time he was three and knowing how to repair it shortly there after. Noah is super excited to have the opportunity to help kids find joy and passion in one of the same things he has always loved.

Jessica Estrella
New York
Jessica Estrella is a junior at Kellenberg Memorial High School and a dedicated member of the Multisport Explosion triathlon team, merging her passion for cycling with a commitment to community service. She wants to provide kids with the opportunity to experience the joy and freedom of riding a bike. She hopes to instill a sense of adventure and confidence in the lives of young people in my community. Her goal is to share her knowledge and excitement for cycling, creating a positive impact and fostering a lifelong love for biking among children who might not otherwise have the chance.

Sophia goes to Greater Atlanta Christian School and is a member of the Multisport Explosion High Performance team. She loves racing, and she has raced in several triathlons, qualified for many USA National championships, and has many years of cycling experience. She loves teaching and working with kids and is excited to be the best instructor that she can.

Simon Koganov
Simon is a junior at Milton high school. He is a member of the varsity swim team and an experienced swim instructor who has worked with hundreds of kids of all ages and backgrounds. And as a recurring member of the Pedal Forward Team, he is excited to hone his teaching skills in the world of cycling.

Tyler Nix
Tyler is a junior at Milton High School, where he serves as captain of the cross-country team and competes as a varsity track athlete. As a lifelong recreational cyclist and athlete, he’s excited to share his passion for biking with the local community and help inspire others to get involved.

Luke is a freshman at Providence Christian Academy. He is a member of the Multisport Explosion High Performance Team. He loves racing and has raced in many USA Triathlons. Luke is ranked number two for the GMP high school triathlon races. He can’t wait to use his own experience to give back to the community and show kids in need how to bike properly and safely.

Joey Campbell, a junior at Lassiter High School, is a varsity cross-country runner in the fall and participates in sprinting and jumping during the spring track and field season. In his free time, Joey enjoys photography, spending quality time with family, and hanging out with friends. With extensive experience teaching and coaching children in athletics, Joey is excited to make a positive impact on the community through Pedal Forward.

Ella MArtin
Director of Public Relations
Ella is a senior at Milton High School and serves as Pedal Forward’s Director of Public Relations. Passionate about humanity, compassionate communication, and the power of social media, she brings a thoughtful approach to fostering effective public relations grounded in trust, integrity, and kindness. After high school, Ella plans to pursue a nursing degree with the long-term goal of becoming a psychiatric nurse practitioner (PMHNP) specializing in pediatric care. In her free time, she enjoys reading, volunteering, playing piano, going to the gym, and spending time outdoors. She shares, “I believe that serving the youth of our society—who are also the future of our society—is one of the most valuable and impactful uses of one’s time, and I am honored to be in a position to do so.”

Michael is a Junior at Milton High School, where he serves as a co-president of the Spanish National Honor Society. As the Director of Spanish Communications for Pedal Forward, he assists with Spanish interpretation for Spanish-speaking parents and participants. Arnav Mohan is a junior at Milton High School and the Director of Media for Pedal Forward, where he manages the blog and shares the stories that define our mission.
